No matter what your past looks like. No matter what you have done right, or what you have done wrong. If you desire a realtionship with Jesus Christ, you must remove yourself out of the way first.

How do you do that?

Start in your mind. Put Jesus as the centre of your mind every single day. The more you focus on the positive, beautful life that God has planned and promised you (Jeremiah 29:11), the more you can turn away from your own ways and allow God to be in the centre of everything that you do on a daily basis.

It is a simple prayer to God. Simply say, "Lord Jesus, I admit that I am not right with You, and I want to be right with You. Please strengthen me, and help me to put you first in everything that I do. I ask You to forgive me of all my sins. The Bible says if I confess with my mouth that “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in my heart that God raised Him from the dead, I will be saved (Rom. 10:9). I believe with my heart and I confess with my mouth that Jesus is the Lord and Savior of my life. Thank You for saving me!
